Linum is a French based linens company that has a focus on the Swedish design aesthetic paired with the tradition of Indian expertise. As a result, their fabrics have such an eclectic and beautiful quality about them! Plus, I love how they have styled their photographs to show off the products. Well done, guys!

So how about these painted patterns? I’m so in love it’s nuts. I enjoy how you can actually see the brushstrokes. It’s always refreshing to see things that aren’t 100% perfect, but more so process driven. But beyond that, how gorgeous are these color palettes? I’ve been saving imagery like crazy lately with palettes I love … this being one of them. Love it!

This collage series ( more here ) between Andrei Cojocaru and Captain Spezzo is hands down awesome. And very COLORFUL, might I add. Honestly, I find odd inspiration in collages … I kind of get lost in their unique-ness. Usually, they involve vintage photography + bold patterns and bright colors, which is exactly what gets me each and every time. There’s a sense of time, layering, nostalgia, and forward thinking. I dig it.

How cool are these abstract pieces from Ina Weise!? I’d have to say the best part of these are the transparencies and texture. Simplicity meets depth!

I’m beyond excited to share with you all my good news!! I’ve been in talks with the lovely girls from Studio Sweet Studio for a few months now about their new blogging format. They decided to gather a group of contributors to have their own “programmes” a couple times a month. I decided to come up with a topic that I’m surrounded by on a daily basis: freelancing. It’s been such a roller coaster ride and I couldn’t think of a better place to share my experiences and thoughts!
With that said, you can find me on SSS every other week dishing about anything and everything freelance. For my first week, I gave a pretty broad background about myself and how I got to where I am. Head on over to read the rest! Enjoy.

I’m really enjoying these beautifully designed pieces from Amy Marcella on Etsy. The Valentines cards caught my eye right away with their bright color palette, but the rest of her shop is very paper lover worthy too! Definitely check it out!!

I love socks. And the fact that these beauties have vintage floral designs printed all over them makes me extremely happy!! Although their shop doesn’t have a ton of sock right now, they still have a great collection … check it out!

I’m totally enjoying all of the patterns in Kelly Oshiro’s home, as seen on Design*Sponge. Her interior is so bold, bright, and beautiful – I’m certain I’d be scared to take that sort of chance. But of course, she did it flawlessly. She even mixed patterns in her dining room. Awesome. I bow down!
